Notice on Hosting the Online Lecture: “Analysis of Japan’s Economic Situation: Interpretation of Corporate Employment Systems”

To help Chinese enterprises gain a deeper understanding of key issues related to labor and human resources when entering the Japanese market—including differences in corporate culture between China and Japan, Japan’s employment systems, and strategies for attracting and hiring top talent in Japan—the Legal Affairs Department of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) hosted an online seminar on October 8 titled “Analysis of Japan’s Economic Situation: Interpretation of Corporate Employment Systems.”

The member units of the China Enterprises Association in Japan aim to assist Chinese enterprises in further understanding the cultural differences between Chinese and Japanese enterprises in terms of labor and personnel when entering the Japanese market, the employment system of Japanese enterprises, and how to attract and hire outstanding talents in Japan. The Legal Affairs Department of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade held an online lecture on October 8th with the theme of "Analysis of Japan's Economic Situation: Interpretation of Enterprise Employment System".
